18 year old girl, student looking for accommodatuon in Vienna

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to ask for your help finding accomodation .

My plan is to find rented accomodation for at least the first year of our stay here. Ideally, we would like an all inclusive price apartment or an university dorm with bathroom and basic furniture.

I would prefer a location within easy commuting distance of the citty center.
