Generally, what is Victoria University of Wellington like?
VUW is one of NZ's top universities with a student body of over 20,000. There are four campus' (Kelburn, the main one and where most first year papers are taught, Pipitea for commerce and law, Te Aro for architecture and Karori which is a bit further out of the city for teaching).
What are the facilities like?
Gym facilities are not so great but computer and printing facilities are excellent, as well as the 9 storey library at Kelburn.
What are the tutors like?
Some are great, others not. Majority are students.
Are the lessons easy in Victoria University of Wellington?
Marking is very strict - it is extremely difficult if not impossible to obtain 100%. A bell curve is used for everything and the average is around a B+ (70-75%).
Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?
There are many extra curricular groups from sporting to cultural and political.
