International Conference Helpers for 3 days

We are looking for 3-4 students (with good English knowledge in speaking and writing) to be a part of the International Energy Conference staff, to be held on May 10th to 12th, 2017 in Mestre, Venice.

Job tasks:

helping to complete the conference materials on afternoon of May 9, to work on the registration desk (evening of May 9; May 10 and 11 from 8 am to ca. 5 pm; May 12 from 8 am to ca. 2 pm), in the conference room during the session to give the microphone to the delegates who want to question the speaker after the presentation, and to help anywhere where there is a need in order that conference runs smoothly.

Conference: The 7th international Energy conference REMOO-2017 .

Venue: Hotel Ai Pini Park hotel  in Mestre.
