English Speaking baby sitter

Hello students, I am looking for an English speaking baby sitter, preferably mother tongue, for my 2 kids (4,5 boy and 8 yrs old girl). The baby sitting would normally be needed once a week, for 1,5 to 2,5 hrs during weekdays, before 8 pm, exceptionally on weekends or evenings, in Mestre.

If interested the collaboration might lead to a summer work, for longer hrs, between Mestre and Lido di Venezia (basically taking the kids to the beach).
