two students coming to spring semester in Venice International University (VIU) looking for another roomate or an apartment

Me and my friend are two students coming to spring semester in Venice International University (VIU) from February 15 until May 31. 

We are looking for an apartment preferably near San Marco square, or Castello, as it is close to the vapareto that will take us to University.

We will need Wifi, two separate bedrooms and it has to be furnished.
