Student looking for accommodation IUAV

Hello,
I'm an exchange student from Lebanon. I'm studying architecture at AUB and I would be attending IUAV for the first semester 2016/2017 between sept and feb.
I'm looking for accommodation near IUAV, somewhere nice where i can explore my surrounding and the city. I don't have specific criteria for the place i want to stay in, any kind of comfortable and clean room would do with basic facilities, with or without roomates.
