Mature Ca' Foscari graduate student looking for accommodation in/near Venice

I am a graduate student completing my degree in Language and Literacy at Ca'Foscari in February 2021 for 5 months.   This will be my first time living in a country where English is not the dominant language and I am excited for the experience!  My 17 year old daughter, who has been homeschooled her entire life, will accompany me for 3 of those months so that she can also experience traveling and living in a foreign atmosphere.  We are both quiet but very friendly.  We both love and enjoy people and making relationships.    We maintain a plant-based diet but you do not need to.  I enjoy cooking simple vegan meals and maintaining good health through a healthy diet and exercise.  We both love bike-riding, reading, and a good laugh.  Neither one of us drinks or smokes.   

Because we are both studying, I would like a double room (or 2 singles) with at least 1 desk.  I prefer to prepare most of my meals at home so we will need access to the kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.  Please be clean and tidy.    We do not want to walk through someone's bedroom to get to the kitchen or bathroom.   

I am looking for roommates who are friendly and serious about living life to the fullest.   I love people and am always interested in new cultural exchanges.  I have hosted many foreign students in my home in NYC so we know how to respect an individual's need for privacy.
