Looking for a room/Flatmates

Ciao! I'm a 27 year old illustration student from the UK going to study at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. I'm hoping to find either a room to rent or a group of people to share with from September till June/July. I'm easy going, clean and social, yet still enjoy my own time on occasion. I have lived with a full house the past year so am well adjusted to living with people and can pull my weight when it comes to household duties. Budget is up to $700 and I would prefer a private room however I am open to shared. Thanks!
