Exchange student, looking for a room in Venice near to IUAV

Hi everyone. I am an architecture student from Istanbul who will study at the Iuav University of Venice for a full academic year. I am looking for a place to stay between the beginning of October and August. Since the Euro rate is very high compared to the Turkish lira, I am not able to allocate more than 250 euros for my accommodation per month. I would be very happy if I can find a room or a dormitory to stay.
I have experienced flatmates and roommates so I know and respect the boundaries and people's lives. Also, since I have started to learn Italian, I am open to staying with a native student.
I have always spent good times with common interests and hobbies with my friends. Hope to share similar things there too.
