Hello!
My name is Denise, often called Deniska. I'm an American/Filipino student looking for accommodation, room rentals or flat mates for a duration of 1 year. I will be attending Ca' Foscari University in Venice for the 2018/2019 school year, under the major of Philosophy, International and Economic studies.
As mentioned above, I'm looking for either flat mates or room rentals. I have no problem with housing with Males. I prefer to have the monthly rent around 300-375$.
I'm a very bubbly person, but yet I also respect other people's space and understanding. In addition, I do enjoy going out to eat and cooking meals. I'm quite responsible, so I keep areas clean and organized.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to speak Italian, but I will take classes for that. My native language is English.
For room mates or Flat mates, I don't really have specific needs or preferences.
