25 years old guy is looking for a nice, comfortable accomodation in Venice from September until January

I am a student from Vienna/Austria taking the Master-course "Human Rights and Democratisation" in Venice from September until January in Venice, Lido.
I need a lot of movement (Parkour, Freerunning, Breakdancing,...) and a lot of friendly people around me to be happy.
For my accomodation I expect something comfortable and well situated (e.g. close to my university or downtown and good public transport connection to my uiversity). Preferably on Lido!
Living with some cool roommates would be great, but I don't mind chilling in my own Studio (or similar).
I am a very good roomate, since I'm social, orderly, have many interests, don't listen to loud music, enjoy calm nights, I love boardgames and I don't smoke or drink.
