24 year old female student, looking for accommodation in Venice, Italy

I am orginally from South Africa and I am currently studying a masters degree in Maritime Spatial Planning. I am friendly girl, easy to get along with and open to meet new people. I like to go out and have fun but I also take my studies seriously. I like to live in a clean, tidy and organised environment. I would prefer to have a private room with a desk, where I can come home and have a comfortable space to myself and do my academic work. I don't mind having roomates and sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities with others. I don't mind living with smokers (although I do not smoke) and animals.
