The city is very nice and small. You can go from A to B just by walking and it wouldn't take long. There are many views and attractions and you can walk pass them.

There are plenty of options for the students. You will recieve many discounts as one. Student life in Tarnovo can be calm or very andenturous - it depens only on the person in fact. There are many happening you can go to and also the atmoaphere there contributes for plenty of new frienships and conversations.

How much does it cost to live in Veliko Tarnovo?

It's very cheap. The apartmant are low priced and the food is as in any city in Bulgaria.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Veliko Tarnovo? Is there any advice you can give?

It won't be very hard to find something you like, if you don't mind the location. It could be little difficulf to search for apartment in the center, but if you are okay with a room in shared apartment, you will be fine.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are restaurant, that offers traditional bulgarian meals, but also ones that offers dishes from abroad. Meals are fine.

What places would you recommend visiting in Veliko Tarnovo?

You should walk past tha bridges and enjoy the view. The river Yantra is beautiful.

Is it good to eat out in Veliko Tarnovo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

My favourite spot for eating is Malkiya Inter. There I eat tradishional bulgarian dish once per week. It has very nice atmosphere.

Is the nightlife good in Veliko Tarnovo? Where is good to go?

There are many bars you can enjoy a beer with a friend. Most of them are in the center and if you are bored you can always ho to another one.

What advice would you give future students heading to Veliko Tarnovo?

My advice to the future student are to share experience with our culture and to share some of theirs, too. I think that is the way everybody will understand and appriciate each other.
