Looking for an apartment in vaxjo

I've been admitted to the University of Linnaeus for the semester of September 2020 in the feild of international affairs .I am married and have one kid.we will soon be coming to Vaxjo.I am looking for a suitable accommodation in Vaxjo. At least 30 square meters, preferably be close to university, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and personal shower. We don't have pets and we don't smoke. I am obsessed with keeping my accommodation clean and tidy.
