FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our Client, a fast growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure, is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients in a daily basis via chat and email.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customers via live chat and emails
• Document and delegate bugs and other issues
• Troubleshoot new issues directly with our customers
• Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Assist with any other ad-hoc projects within the Department

Requirements: 

• Native/ Fluent in French Language
• Experience or Understanding of the financial services and/or online sector will be considered as advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly and concise in English
• Good Communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work in shifts
