23 year old girl looking for a roommate to rent a place for a year

Hi! My name is Cassie. I was accepted to the University of Malta for my Master's program and is currently looking for an apartment to live in for the duration of my course, which will be one year. I'm looking for a roommate who is laid back, clean and respectful. I do prefer university students (preferably a female roommate) so we would be on the same wave length. I will have people such as friends and family that will be visiting me during the duration of my stay in Malta (not every month, just sometimes) and they will be staying with me but that wouldn't stay more than 1 week. So I need someone who will be cool with that. I am a clean, organise person. I'm not big on house/apartment parties. I love meeting new people!
