Livin' la vida Erasmus!

Hi there. 

I am a student which is heading to Malta in Feb 14, however finding it very hard to find somewhere to stay for the 3 months. As Malta is a popular holiday destination, the only searches are hotels which are very expensive. 

Can anyone help with some info at all?
