22 year old gal with 3 other friends looking for accomodation in Valenciennes

Dear sir,
i am dipali parent of student looking for accomodation for my daughter who has got admission at Rubika. she alongwith her 3 batch mates will join college on 5th September, 2018. options we need are
1. Flat on sharing basis2. studio apartment3. house which can accomodate 4 students
these are few questions i have:
1. is electricity extra2. what furniture does each room have3. do you provide linen for mattress and pillows4, what utensils are there in the kitchen5. is wi fi included in the rent6. does the house have washing machine for laundry7. is it chargeable or in house8. what is the rent for the 3 bedroom apartment - please give best rates9. how many bedroom have bathroom inside.10. how far is it from the Rubika campus - walking and will winters be very harsh for them to walk down
please reply as we are very anxious parents. our children are going out of country for first time 

please help us with rates and few pics. we would need the same accomodation for 1 year atleast. also please mention the facilities available at these places,
