Support Management of International Programs in Culture and Education

• You will be involved in the sales department attending clients by phone or e-mail and assisting with customer service for companies, organizations, students, schools, Universities and other educational institutions. You will be required to provide language course and educational programmes advice in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles.

• Support and assistance to all departments, summer language courses abroad, adult courses, junior programs, working and au-pair programs, academic year, career and university studies.

• Applications and data processing, correspondence, file management, etc

• Updating network, writing contents, analysis of traffic sources; planning and implementing online marketing campaigns. A place to show off your skills and ideas- we always enourage interns to implement their own suggestions and ideas to help us strengthen the brand awareness.

• Preparation and review of PDF files and destination dossiers for the corporate website.

Candidate Requirements

• High level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Spanish not necessary, but an advantage. Needs to be organized and a multitasker. Must be sociable, responsible, creative and with good sense of humour.

• We are looking for interns with lots of initiative, high motivation and strong organizational and communicative skills. A person who enjoys developing commercial relationships. Good computer knowledge is essential.

Internship duration

• 12 months from middle/end of August 2013 to middle/end of August 2014 (flexible start/end dates upon agreement).
