We are students from Valencia, and we are looking for a flatmate for first semester (September until January/Febrary).
The flat is fully equipped: 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. It is very close to the University of Valencia in Blasco Ibañez and near the city center. There is a supermarket beside; the subway stop “Facultats” is 2 minutes walking.
The price is 186€/month plus the expenses of water, light and wifi.
