Restoration-Student from Vienna is looking for a room in Valencia from October

My name is Martin and I am a conservator and restorer from Vienna, Austria. From october to the end of december I am working in the Iglesia de San Juanes in Ciutat Vella to restore the mural paintings inside of the church. As I prepare for this experience, I am in search of a comfortable and welcoming flat.

What can I tell you about myself?
During my stay in Valencia, my focus will be on my work, where I will be dedicating 35 hours a week to the restoration project. Despite my professional commitments, I am an open-minded and easy-going person, shaped by the creative and diverse environment of an art university. Joint weekend activities, nice evening chats or just having a drink together are things I would like to share with my potential flatmates from time to time. Nonetheless I like to take time for myself now and then.
My Spanish is on an A2/B1 level, ready to improve. German is my mother tongue. My English is fluent.
Besides arts my hobbies revolve around sports. In particular football, crossfit and tennis/padel.
On weekends I am looking forward to explore the city´s culture, beaches and football grounds.
I am also not a bad cook ;)
