Nice couple from Poland, looking for accommodation in Valencia

I am looking for 2 person room (with one bed) which will be near Blasco Ibáñez Campus (max. 40 min on foot) for ca. 3 months starting February 2017. What is important is that it should be cheep but clean. I would prefer to live with young people (20-30), doesn't matter what nationality.
