Looking for a room mate to share my 3 bedroom apartment in Valencia

Hey I am a 20 year old Australian living and playing football here in Alboraya, Valencia. I am currently living by myself in a 3 bedroom apartment and am in search for a room mate to move into one of the rooms. The cost is 290 euros a month and that covers all the payments of water,electricity,gas and also internet.

Alboraya is located just on the outskirt of valencia and it takes 15minutes by metro to the city centre, 15-20minutes by metro + tram to get to the university campus and 20-25 minutes by metro + tram to get to the main beach. My apartment is located just 100m from the Alboraya Palmaret metro station ( metro linea 3 ) and also a bus stop ( line 70 )

The nearest valenbici station is just a 5 minute walk away.
