Hello! We are a guy and a girl, both 22-year-old telecommunications engineers, currently studying and working. We are looking for a flatmate. We are LGBT-friendly, sociable, and clean. The apartment is located in the Ayora area, just 1 minute away from the metro station. Price: €200 plus expenses. The apartment features 1 bathroom, a balcony, kitchen, living room, and 4 bedrooms (one of which we use as storage).
