I'm a twenty something erasmus intern looking for a rooom for rent in Valencia. I will be working close to the Brujassot campus

I'm an open minded friendly person who is also tidy. I would like to move in to a place that has wifi and a balcony. Since I will be working close to the university campus in Brujassot I would appreciate an accomodation not more than 30 minutes far by tram from the campus.
I would like to explore the city and get to know it very well so an accomodation closer to markets , to the beach or plaza would be awesome.
I would prefer to have roomates who are open minded and don't mind communal living.
