German Student looking for an appartement (piso compartido)

Hello everyone!
My name is Luca and I am a 24 years old student from Germany. My semester begins at the beginning of september and ends at the end of the january 2024. I will study G.Lenguas Modernas y sus Literaturas at the Universitat de Valencia so I'm looking for a room, which isn't far away from the university. I would be happy if I can move in before the semester starts because I would like to prepare my "new life". 

What you should know about me

I speak german and english fluently but I attended a spanish course aswell (B1 Level). I am a really respectful and friendly person who likes to connect with people and hang out with them. I am a trans guy so I highly reccomend that my roommates are LGBT+ friendly. I clean up everything directly what I use and stick to agreements so you can count on me! I like to make new experiences and want to see a lot of Valencia and from the other cities! 

Prices / Room

I can pay up to 350€/month including incidentals! I don't have high standards for the appartement so my room only needs a bed, desk, chair, closet and should have a window. I prefer a good kitchen and a clean bathroom and that's it. I don't have any pets but I don't have any problems if pets living there aswell. The appartement should be furnished. It's important that I can do an online viewing.
