French Student looking for 1 international roomate in a flat close to UPV

Hello we are two French students looking for a third International flatmate (only english or spanish speakers) for a flat 10 minutes walking from UPV and 8 min walking from the beach. We are used to live in shared flat, we speak english, french, spanish, a bit of italian, hungarian, chinese.
The flat includes 3 rooms, one kitchen, one living room, rent will be 300 € bills included with WIFI.
