FLAT NEAR UNIVERSITAT DE VALÈNCIA

Hi!!

We are two spanish guys and one spanish girl, and we looking for an international student to share flat.

The flat is near to University of Valencia, ten minutes walk. The adress is: C/ Guardia Civil, 9, second flat. The appartment is near to many pubs and bars ! Five minutes walk of Av. Blasco Ibañez, where you can find the best parties :) And he is fifteen minutes walk of the center of the city!!! It is amazing!!!

Near the flat there are one metro station and tram station. Also, public libraries and the Campus of Blasco Ibañez which is in front of the appartment, so is perfect to study there. And there are two supermarkets in the next street!

We found a nice guy or girl which we can have a few beers while we teach him the spanish culture! :)

The rent is 200€/month with all charges included (internet, electricity, hot water, heating...) It is a nice room with all included (bed, closet, desk, chair...)
