female looking for accommodation in Valencia for one semester

I am a 22 year old female studying translation in London, I am spending this next year both in Valencia and Brussels. I will be in Valencia from September 2016- December 2016 and  am looking for a nice room with lovely people to make my time away the best it can be. I am looking for somewhere close to town/beach and the Universitat de Valencia, without being too far from the airport. I am very sociable, chatty and would love to make some new friends, I will also look after and keep tidy where i stay. If possible, all bills to be included would be great, but i don't mind if not!
