English erasmus student looking for accommodation in valencia

Looking for accommodation close to Tarrongers campus of the University of Valencia (next to the UPV). I'm a bit untidy, but I'm pretty chilled, sociable and easygoing. I am a non smoker and I'm allergic to pets unfortunately. Will be in Valencia for the entire year, and willing to pay up to €350 a month.
