American 22 year old recent college grads looking to spend a month in Valencia --- super chill

I graduate from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in April 2018 with a degree in Accounting. I would like to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In order to do so, you need to pass a large, extensive, and complicated exam. This exam requires months of studying and preparations. I plan to use this month to study for this exam. I will be taking online courses through the University of Cincinnati and through Becker CPA. I had previously lived in Valencia for 5 months last spring, and I have been hoping to return ever since. I am a fantastic tenant and will ensure your property is respected and will be taken care of. Please rest assured that you will not encounter any issues with me as a tenant. I am looking for a two or three bedroom apartment to share with two other friends of mine from my university. The apartment should ideally have a balcony, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The place would also need to be furnished. We are looking to spend absoultely no more than 325 euros per person
