23 year old masters student, looking for a room in the El Cabanyal area

Hola everyone! My name is Tim, I'm 23-years old from the Netherlands, and I'll be moving to Valencia to start my Master's at the UV.

I'm currently looking for a room, with a move-in date between now and the first of September. My budget is around €700 per month. Ideally, I'd like to live in El Cabanyal, but I'm open to other neighbourhoods around the uni's as well.

I'd love to find a relaxed and social home where everyone does their own thing, but also enjoys having dinner together, hanging out or making plans from time to time.

I'm a clean, independent and sociable housemate. In my free time, I enjoy going out for drinks, attending festivals and doing sports.
