21 year old man, rugby player and looking for a room in valencia

I am searching a nice ( preferably modern ) apartment to share with others, at the moment i am alone looking for that, so i am looking for a room with a queen or king size bed. I would prefer to share the apartment with 2 other people so i am looking for an house with 3 bedrooms, would be perfect 2 bathrooms but maybe I am asking to much. I will attend the Universidad politecnica de valencia so I am looking for an apartment near plaza del cedro, plaza honduras, blasco ibanez or every zone that is close to the university and it is important that from the apartment is easy to catch the public trasport.
