20 year old girl, no pets (but would not mind having the option!) looking for long term rental!

I am a 20 year old Montessori teachers assistant, I am looking for a couple girls who would like to room! I am clean (A professional cleaner - sounds silly but it's true!) organized, on top of bills and payments, fun and occasionally loud! I would like to get share a flat with any lovely ladies willing to do so! Cleanliness, and consideration for others is what I'm most searching for! I would LOVE a place with LOTS of natural light and a patio/terrace/balcony is a MUST, as I am a smoker. 2 bedroom+Double beds, and complete kitchen (with oven) are also necessary, and possibly 2 bathrooms if the price is right!
