21 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Vaasa, Finland

Hey everybody, My name is Violeta, I am a Lithuanian, preparing to leave for Finland as an Erasmus exchange student. I will be studying in Vaasa for at a least 4 months (with the possibility to later extend my stay for another 4 months!) I am looking for an accommodation during my exchange studies. It would be nice if the price could be between 200-350 euro a month (all utility costs included: internet, water, heating, electricity...), it would also be nice if the place would be furnished. I would like the place to be near Novia University of Applied Sciences, Seriegatan (within 5 km). I am a decent, neat person, do not drink nor smoke and I do not have any pets. I speak English Freely (C1), I am fluent in Russian (C2) and my native is Lithuanian. I love being around new people and getting to know them also I respect other people and their personal space. Thank you very much for your help and attention. Have a nice day!
