Hi I am Isabella and I am seeking a room in Utrecht

Dear future housemates! 

My name is Isabella and I would love to become your new housemate... 
I am 18 years old and I start my studies (International Business Management) in Utrecht, so though I am perhaps a little younger than most however I am certainly "grown up" and independent. Perhaps this is because me too I lived abroad a big part of my life: in Belgium and in Asia, and what I gained from that is to be always open-minded, positive and interested. 

With regards to the room I am not particularly demanding, a small place is good for me. I'd be more than happy to purchase any furniture from someone leaving, but I could equally bring my own. 

Furthermore, I am sociable, I enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but I don't think such things should be compulsory...  They just happen when we're in the mood for a chat. But my door would be open for you whenever you need me and when you just would like to chat. 

I play field hockey, it's nice to join a team sports because it gets you in touch with new friends and besides that I am planning to work hard on my studies. The study is based on a lot of "contact hours" i.e. spending time at the University so for sure I'll be entertained ;-) 

Finally, I'd love to get to know you so I do hope that I will be invited to and we introduce us to each other!
