21 year old Belgian girl, looking for an accommodation in Utrecht during my internship

I'm a Belgian Communications student from 21 years old. To complete my study program I'm doing my internship at Utrecht starting at the 1st of April. I'm very sociable and independent. Last year I lived in Toronto (Canada) for four months so I'm used to living in a new city and connecting with new people. Since I won't know a lot of people in Utrecht it would be nice to get along with my roommates or other inhabitants in the building.
