Generally, what is IE University like?

IE University is like a big family. The good thing is that in class you don't get more than 30-35 people per class so the professor and the student really do know you. You get real conversation and interactions with the professors. Also the administration is here for any issues. They are really opened and good listeners.

What are the facilities like?

The university is amazing (I am in Madrid but also in Segovia). It is modern as the campus just opened last year, the class are well equipped, it is a real pleasure to go the class and even spend the whole day working at the Uni.

What are the tutors like?

Basically you get your tutors at the beginning of you are a freshman, but then if you need any informations you go and ask anyone in the administration. Plus if you need tutoring for some subjects there is an area reserved for this.

Are the lessons easy in IE University?

It's not really easy, but as you can ask questions and the professors really do like what they do you don't have to worry if you don't understand something. Also the time given is more than enough to work.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

The university itself does not organize activities but there's a thing called IEUlife, which organizes so many greats activities, we had the IEUday with painball, sushi classes, we had the winter and spring ball, we had a concert where all the benefits went to an organization... And all of other thing.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

The professors know a lot of thing and are really passionate about what they are doing. They always try to improve themselves and they don't want you to fail. They are coming from the best universities in the world and have a lot of experiences that you can feel through the teaching. Also they know what they are talking about, they did not just get the degree, they all worked in big companies and other places where they understood the matter of the job.
