Generally, what is University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Bucharest like?

USAMVB is a good university all-in-all. It depends on which faculty do you focus on... because Veterinary Medicine is quite separated from the rest of the faculties. It's located in a different part of the city, doesn't really have a campus of it's own. The main campus of USAMVB holds all the rest of the faculties in a very interesting and very new and modernized location.

What are the facilities like?

The campus is very well located in the city, accessible by multiple means of transport. Faculties are well equipped with materials and new instruments and stuff like that. You get access as a student to a big library, sporting arena. You don't get access to computers as you can in other universities, so you're mainly on your own for this. Not much internet connection either within the campus... just in a few known places where you can connect yourself, otherwise there is little or very poor wifi connection.

What are the tutors like?

Very well prepared professors with lots of experience and knowledge acquired home or abroad.

Are the lessons easy in University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Bucharest?

Not really, depends on your faculty, on your style of learning, or the style of teaching.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

The student League is involved in many activities for the students, as well as individual activities organized by each faculty. I personally was in some excursions/field trips organized abroad to view some interesting fairs.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

The teaching indeed is high quality, unfortunately the scoring is quite low quality because many professors are forced to "set the bar" low for many students that do not make an effort to learn anything.
