24 year old chemistry student is looking for accommodation for three months in Uppsala

Hello from Germany,

my name is Annaleah and I am 24 years old.

I am currently in my third master semester in Chemistry at a Berlin university and I have the privilege to do a 3-month internship at Uppsala university from mid-August till mid-November. It will be my first time in  your wonderful country and I am very excited! 

For this reason I am currently looking for a nice accommodation for the above mentioned time span. Since I would love to share a place with some friendly souls, I am writing to you.

At the moment I am sharing a flat with a friend in Berlin and we get along really well. We share kitchen and bathroom and have a regular cleaning schedule that we follow. So I'm used to taking responsibility and being considerate towards others.

I generally invest quite some time into my studies and therefore I like to compensate this by doing sports in my free time or meet friends as well as spend a cosy evening at home reading a book or watching a series.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to learn Swedish yet (but would love to learn it - also in exchange for teaching some German :) ), so therefore my main communicating language would be English or German for the time being.

Since coming to Uppsala for a short fist meeting is obviously not that easy in view of the given situation, I would be very happy if we could get to know each other online :)
