This is a prestigious university. They offer you a good studying programme; although, they don't give you any pass as a present. You have to work hard. They train you during this time in order to be more prepared in the future, when working.
Facilities are good. There are rooms with computers that you can use even at weekend, and there is also Wi-Fi.
The lectureship is the same as in any other place. Generally there are good lecturers, but you´ll always find one without motivation.
It's 100% recommendable, but take care with the language. Some lessons are in Catalan, but there are usually groups that are teachen in English.
