Erasmus In Ioannina, Greece 2017

One of the best experiences in my life so far. Ioannina is small but very beautiful city  with lots of taverns and night  clubs where u can have fun. One of the best things about Erasmus in Ioannina is that you can stay at the university's dorm, which is super cheap-only 65 euro per month. Also the rooms are in very good condition. And at the end of week cleaners come to take care of them which is great and easy for you. You can also eat free meal three times a day at the canteen. Taxies are also pretty cheap so you can party at the center and go home wihout any problems. The people are very nice and are used to the erasmus students so you can find lots of friends outside of the erasmus circle. Near Ioannina there are great beaches where you can spend your days (Parga, Sivota) of course if you are there during the summer semester. Whoever decides this city for Erasmus will not make a mistake for sure. You will have an amazing time there.

Things you have to do  in Ioannina: ❤

1) Visit the tavern named Thomas. Amazing food. Try the tsipouro there (traditional greek drink). 

2) Go for an  ice cream at Breatia. 

3) Try freddo cappucino ( greek's favourite coffee) at the kilikio shop. 

4) Visit LT and Kubik (night clubs with good music) 

5) Go for  a nice plate of pasta at Mamamia
