Generally, what is Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana [San Pedro de Sula Campus] like?

It's a great university with some of the best professors in the country with high working experience on the areas they teach. Quality of the education and treatment to the students is great when compared not only to other Honduran universities but it is also at the same level of some very good European and South East Asian universities.

What are the facilities like?

The facilities are modern as well as comfortable enough for students to wish to stay at the university all day long. It is located in the heart of a beautiful and small artificial smart city, surrounded by nature, a shopping mall, a school and a residential area close to the campus.

What are the tutors like?

As I mentioned before, the tutors are great. As a student you can tell they have a lot of experience in their area. They are good persons and as well great tutors. At least the ones in my area ¨International relations :D¨

Are the lessons easy in Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana [San Pedro de Sula Campus]?

It depends on the class you take and the carreer you are enrolled in. In my opinion, some of the most difficult classes I've ever had at Unitec are also the ones in which I learned the most. :D

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Yes! There are so many extracurricular activities organized in and outside the campus. They have a department called ¨Desarrollo Estudiantil¨ which successfuly organizes, guide and support quite fun and amazing student clubs.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Absolutely yes! In my opinion, it's one of the best universities in which I have ever studied and I have already been in German and South Korean universities!

Are there any stories you can share?

While studying at Unitec I won a scholarship to make a totally free student exchange in a South Korean university. One of the best experiences in my life. I am very greatful as well for all the great people I met for Unitec gives you the chance to get involve with people working in your area of studies. Sometimes I would be in the campus from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and there are so many great things and activities in the campus that I would never get bored.
