Generally, what is University of Rijeka like?

It's pretty good. Everyone who I've talked to on Erasmus there are really happy with it.

What are the facilities like?

Good food for the very cheap price.

What are the tutors like?

Polite and treat you like an equal. Avaliable for communication.

Are the lessons easy in University of Rijeka?

Some are and some are not... But for Erasmus people teachers usually adapt the criteria for lessons if it's too demanding.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Not sure. We have some sports teams, but I'm not really involved in that. Also, some events are organised by the university, but I've never been.

Usually the parties for freshmen are in the beginning of the year and they are pretty good.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

It's decent. Teachers could improve on getting the attention of their class by making things more interesting, but it's a subjective matter. Some are really passionate about what they're teaching and those subjects are excellent.

Are there any stories you can share?

I can't think of any. The teachers are very responsive so if there's a problem with the lecture or anything you can come to them and you'll work on the issue.
