Ciao! I worked as Hotel Receptionist for almost 2 years. Being in the Hospitality Industry is exciting yet challenging, I got to meet various types of guests, interacting with them, exchanging thoughts and ideas, mingle with them and so on. It was not an easy job, you got to face the guests with a smile even if they are angry, you still have to be patient and cheerful. But at the end of the day, it is the personalized service that you deliver to the valued guests is the most important. And the fulfilment in the job done.
