Discovering a different culture in Germany!

In 2009-2010 I had applied as an exchange Erasmus student in Konstanz, Germany. The tourism is very developed over there and huge attention is directed to this sector. Konstanz is an expensive city after Muenchen from Germany. The German language is not easy to be learned in a short time for people who speak a Latin language. The German classes are quite expensive for students who come from other countries. For new incomings is better to apply for rent from seezeit student because in the city the rent is quite very expensive and sometimes impossible to find because over there are a lot of students. If you are a master's program student and you would like to have a part-time job in Konstanz you should know that as a foreigner student with no fluent german skills it is very hard to find a job. Usually, the jobs are available in restaurants and the university, they do not have too many options. In the restaurants or the hotel, the dirty jobs as housekeeping for students and they treat as inferior races other nationalities.

I do not recommend to the international students to apply to Konstanz University (Germany). Romanian students are treated by some people as an inferior race and some persons bringing obstacles to leave from Konstanz, they do not want to stay over there so they have their methods to bring a hard time over there. If you come as an exchange student you will lose a lot when you will come back to your home country these announcements are available for the Romanian students. The first semester starts on the 19th of October and it will end at the end of February. The second semester starts at the end of April and it will end at the end of September.

From that experience I was exposed to physical abuse and physical harm so for that reason, I do not recommend to exchange students to apply to that city and Konstanz University.

There are some teachers who will try to not give you a hard time and to force to get knowledge in german language they want to integrate in german culture and to explore the beauty of Germany but are some with bad intentions as Frank Lutzenberger of Japanese origin, Markus Beisel who will isolate you and give stressful situations and Mister Frank L. spoke with new incomings to look that I have mental health problems so he provoked and trying to get me ill. It was necessary 3 years to recover completely after the rat experience applied by Frank L. He didn't just to me, he did to many persons and a person from Hong Kong but nobody said because probably the people from the head of the university placed him to do this actions. He is very dangerous he smiles you in the front but actually, he hates you and trying to destroy in a horrible mode this type of person is very dangerous he will never recognize perhaps with registrations. He is very well trained and he knows how to proceed.

Probably the head of the university wants to attract international students so every week they are organized different trips in different cities and free lunch. It is very hard to discover the malefic things of that person he had a strong influence and he knows how to do. If they do not want Romanian students so just do not sign a exchange with Romania but not trying to monitorize, to provoke as true intentions trying to transform a healthy person and stressed her and transmitted to avoid me that I have mental health problems and to listen my call conversations what I am doing, what I am talking and to whom and trying to be afraid to open my mouth to say what it is happening to me, afraid to talk with friends and family and trying to cut connection with them to remain alone without any help and to be destroyed by malefic intentions to Frank. L. I think it is not normal what happened to me in 2009-2010 in Konstanz, Germany. It was necessary 3 years to recover from that experience.

The scholarship is not enough so you should have extra founds. Erasmus exchange students are seen by local students, students who applied to that program to go to parties. If you do not go to clubs or to the parties you are isolated by this group. In January I had some written exams where I should register through the studies platform so Frank L. has spoked private to place small marks to get stressed me and to lose confidence in me. In the second semester it was organized at every class of oral presentation where the teachers were Niklas Potrafke and Paulina Pozpiezna I do not say that my essays or my presentation were excellent it was in English so I can handle well even if I am making some grammar mistake but the thing it was organized before the classes to start. To Niklas Potrafke I was trying to make a statistical program in Stata and a pdf file so it wasn't that bad and I have worked very hard and he is the front of classes trying to present as a stupid student and the paper the same even it wasn't and he put the smallest mark without explanations and to Paulina Popiezna it was the same situation and she was very aggressive and rude in her attitude.

Placing to me the smallest mark just to pass implies me to give back the scholarship back for the first semester and for the second semester I have sustained by myself and I couldn't to work from the pressure which it was applied to me so I have focused to pass the exam.

In the second semester, I have observed everything that was organized to me. To the computer classes with the colleagues, everything was well, I heard the 2 girls that were talking in Romanian so we started to communicate and to make an exchange of contacts. At the end of the week we were in excursion so they were trying to comunicate with me I was a little bit distant but I had comunicate with them but I was afraid to comunicate I was expected that Frank L will place against me we have enough time so one of the girls told that she was humiliated through her nationality by a colleague who was with us. Then when we took a break Frank L was with the eyes to me he was afraid to make a friend to not say what it is happening to me so he asked me if I know 2 girls. In a broken bathroom he had time to talk with them from a friendly attitude they have changed and they got some microphones to register me what I am talking about. And a greek guy has monitored me when I was talking with that girls. So he had isolated that nobody to talk to me told me that I had mental health problems.

I had a management class and we had a project, this was organized by Markus Beisel. And to that project, we were 4 colleges to that group when I was trying to say my opinion a nice girl from Hong Kong had become very aggressive and a german guy with the red color of the hair has monitored how I am reacting everything it was organized to get down psychically. I suppose that I had a hard time when I have found a job and I didn't resist the treatment which I have supposed. It was easter time so I was to a lady

who work in a university when I have exit from Sonenbuhl West 2 trying to cross the street and to visit that lady I saw a police car with 2 policemen and a dog so one of them told to another police colleague to wait for me to cross the street and then to go check my room probably for the drugs probably somebody was trying to put some in my room. It is hard for me to speak fluently as I speak English but unfortunately i understand when somebody talks in german so to that table it was another lady, and that lady was explained that police is necessary to check her room probably for drugs I suppose not for yogurt from my room because a lot of people was talking about that and it was black guy and he asked her if I understand german so she said that I do not understand german unfortunately for her I have understood everything.

In my spare time i decide to go to Muenchen to a cloud conference so i took the metro so it was working a girl Franklin who was helping for new incomings international students so she was sent to watch me to Muenchen, because I saw her where she was waiting and probably she had some microphones with her and they read my e-mail address so they knew exact address where it was the conference and it is not excluded that I had placed something in my phone and to my laptop. I didn't consult any lawyer because my german language was poor and I was thinking that I can't allow such costs and I had wanted to finish to not make any extra problems. Unfortunately how strong i was my body didn't resist so I have returned in Romania very changed in a bad way I was afraid to talk with my friend who was closed and knows everything that it happened to me I was afraid to talk I felt been monitored to the bank wherever I was going it was happened as in Konstanz. I got my final paper and I was trying to get a job and I couldn't get perhaps I was helped in a bad way by the same persons from Konstanz. For 3 years I couldn't get a stable job so they are making problems also. If somebody can advise me how to proceed in this case and if it is possible to get a lawyer after 3 years I have the request to leave a link and probably I will help other students to avoid this type of treatment.
