What are the tutors like?

They work really hard to speak English for Asian students, and they've done well. Polish people don't usually speak English, just like in other European countries. Despite this fact, they are open to solving questions related to their subject. They are experts in their fields and some of them have even published books. However, how students behave during the lesson is always going to affect how teachers behave with you.

Are the lessons easy in Medical University of Lublin?

Honestly, I'm one of the few third year students that passed, since the majority failed before the second semester started. Subjects before the third academic year are normal. One has to study every single power point presentation and every word, study every day, and pass the quizzes every week (student have 13 quizzes per week). Then, you will pass. However, the subjects from the third year are extremely difficult, so it is easy to fail.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Sorry, but we Asians usually just stay at the dorm studying. However, as far as I know, students enjoy the nightlife that the city offers. In fact, they usually go to cultural exchange parties every Saturday night, just before the partial test.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

It depends on what's your studying style. You must study by yourself FULLY before the class. In fact, some teachers give lessons just by asking questions.

Are there any stories you can share?

Once a teacher asked us a question to which we didn't know the answer. He was so angry that he told us to go home and study. He immediately left the classroom, even when he had just started the lesson.
