girl looking for accommodation

i am an English speaking quite girl from the middle east  looking for a clean and quite place to live in preferred walking distance from Umea university with all utilities included in the rent such as electricity heat water and internet . I will be studying for a master degree in umea university. I don't have pet for my own and I would prefer no pet in the house or a small pet will be acceptable. I don't smoke or drink and I don't mind living with smokers. I am planning to spend most of my time at school. I am not party lover but I don't mind parties in the house unless you overdoing I would prefer the accommodation to be near the public transportation beginning near to shopping center is not necessary
