2-month accommodatiom

I recently won a 2-month duration scholarship from SISSA and I need a single room for accommodation for one person in "Udine". Although SISA is in Trieste, I am going to work in a lab in Gervasutta Hospital via Gervasutta 43 33100 Udine. The start date of my scholarship is the 1sth of April 2010 and it is going to finish on the 1st of Jun 2020.
I wanted to know if there is any available for me, and what is the procedure of renting.
I would appreciate it if you respond to me as soon as possible because the Italian embassy needs to know the situation of my accommodation in order to give me the visa.
Please let me know if any further information is needed.
