What is it like to live in Udaipur? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Udaipur is a beautiful place to live in. It is also called the city of lakes.

In terms of pollution, Udaipur has one of the least air pollution in the country.
It has many beautiful lakes and beautiful cafes around it. Please look for pictures at the end of the answer.
It has a history of thousands of year, which brings a certain degree of grace to the city.
People in Udaipur are very health conscious and go to Fatehsagar (a lake) for morning and evening walks.
It is a “learning city”, which means that there are new activities always coming up like Kayaking, Cycling, etc.
The city is small. So, everything is considerably close to each other compared to other major cities India.
It has been declared as one of the “smart city” in India by Prime Minister Mr. Modi. Due to this, a lot of cleaning and beautification is underway to improve the city and compete against other smart cities.

What is the student lifestyle like in Udaipur?

Udaipur has IIM-U, GITS, CTAE, RNT, Techno, Janardhan Ray Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, M.L.S.U, Agriculture University and many more.

How much does it cost to live in Udaipur?

40k a month salary is enough for a couple

Nope it is fairly easy

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

If you are in this beautiful city then you should try out Lala Ki Kachori, cold coffee at fateh sagar, Daal Bati Churma, Ayad Ka Samosa, Circle ka Poha, Pandit ji ka Bread Pakoda, Delhigate ki Jalebi and many more.

Is the nightlife good in Udaipur? Where is good to go?
